Code of Conduct (CoC)

As an internationally operating company with a long tradition, ELMED attaches great importance to ethically correct behaviour. Therefore, we at ELMED ensure the basis for competent and legally correct business relationships as well as sustainable entrepreneurial success.


Compliance with laws and regulations in all countries in which we operate is a core part of our corporate culture and a matter of course for us. Reliability and loyalty towards our employees, customers, partners and suppliers are strengths that we want to preserve together.


The Code of Conduct of our holding company DMB Dr. Dieter Murmann Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, which can be downloaded here, forms the guideline for the actions of ELMED and all companies of the  Erichsen Group. All our employees and business partners are advised to be familiar with this code and to comply with it in their daily work.


SpeakUp Line

The ELMED / Erichsen Group SpeakUp Line is a whistleblowing system for customers, suppliers and employees.
The system makes it possible to anonymously report possible compliance violations around the clock and to point out grievances.
