Stationary Inspection of Flexible Pipe Systems – ISOTEST® act Industry Solution

Plastic coatings of flexible pipe systems for local and district heating networks as well as for fuel and gas stations can be reliably tested. Even the smallest cracks or pores can online be detected and displayed during production.

In combination with the capacitive grounding this special high voltage test method allows a fully automated pipe testing without direct contact to the conductive pipe interior or the bare pipe end. With stationary holiday detectors ISOETST® act even damp pipes can reliably and material-friendly be tested for pores.

 

The in-plant high voltage pulse crest meter ISOTEST® HV conti is the ideal complement for the ISOTEST® act series. The compact and robust measuring device allows a precise measuring of the actually applied test voltage. In this way the prescribed values can precisely be recorded and documented.

 

In combination with specific testing stations even continuously produced pipes can be tested. We shall be pleased to advise you on the configuration of your testing system!
